Operating a Concession

We receive daily sales from each of our clients enabling us to provide individual line replenishment to each store. Replenishment is as frequent as the need dictates, normally at least twice a week. Parcels arrive in store on a next day service from our distribution centre in West Sussex.

A fully trained and dedicated team of Visual Merchandisers, supported by a UK network of Area Managers, visit with hours per day per store in accordance with the demands of each individual store’s needs.

A Store Communications Team at Head Office provide support to our Field Team as well as dealing with individual store queries.
