Icon Live provides a total service to create, design, plan, buy and maintain comprehensive, fashionable and commercial collections for each client. This covers collections of fashion, costume jewellery, hair accessories and gift ranges for women, men, kids, teens and even pets.

Brand Development

From a given brief we will present you with a clear understanding of your customer profile and recommendations for packaging, brand signature, in-store equipment, marketing strategies and sales plans.

Creating a Range

Trend prediction begins 15 months in advance of the season with the creation of trend boards which are regularly updated. Each brand has a design team working in partnership with the buyers whilst the Design Studio concentrates on trend prediction. Separate boards are prepared for women, men, teens and kids.

Operating a Concession

We receive daily sales from each of our clients enabling us to provide individual line replenishment to each store. Replenishment is as frequent as the need dictates, normally at least twice a week. Parcels arrive in store on a next day service from our distribution centre in West Sussex.
