Icon Live is a major market leader in fashion and costume jewellery and accessory concessions. We provide a first class service to all our clients in the exciting and ever-changing world of fashion retail.

Operating out of a 84,000 sq. ft. Head Office and Distribution Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, we currently operate over 3500 departments internationally and employ over 1600 staff.

Our Philosophy

We are dedicated to providing clients with a successful jewellery and accessory solution, achieving the jointly agreed sales plan and to driving sales densities season upon season.

How We Work

From the first briefing meeting, we demonstrate our commitment to our new partnership.

We provide a total service to create, design, plan, buy and maintain comprehensive, fashionable and commercial collections for each client. This covers collections of fashion, costume jewellery, accessories, hair accessories and gift ranges for women, men, kids and teens.

We plan the sales and strategy through a joint business plan and provide dedicated design, buying and merchandising teams for each client.

In September 2007 Icon Live was elected to membership of the Ethical Trade Initiative. Through our membership of the ETI we confirm our commitment to source responsibly and to support our manufacturing supply base with honesty, integrity, trust and mutual respect.

We fully support the Ethical Trade Initiative Base Code promoting the ETI’s objectives through the strong relationships we have with our suppliers worldwide:
